Earn CEUs
Apply your participation in each session towards your Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) recertification. Online quizzes at the end of each program provide immediate feedback. Print a certificate documenting completion of the program, keep a copy for your records, and submit it with your recertification paperwork.
Getting Started
SMPS Members: Click “New Users” at top right. Enter your SMPS member number and password (first initial and last name, all lower case). Click “Go” at the bottom of the page. Once your member number has been verified, complete the New Account Sign-up Form and click “Signup.”
Nonmembers: Click “New Users” at top right then select the button indicating you are not a member. Click “Go” at the bottom of the page. Complete the New Account Sign-up form and click “Signup.”
Accessing the Portal
Once you have created an account and logged in, you can select and purchase access to programs. After a subscription or individual session is added to your account, you can begin viewing immediately or activate it at a more convenient time. After you activate an individually-purchased program, you have 24-hours to view it.
Note: The Portal is designed for individual use in order to track an individual’s progress through a program and acknowledge successful completion. Therefore, each user is required to create a unique login profile to access the Portal.
Technical Requirements: These presentations are for PCs only and require Windows 95, 98, 2000, or XP; Internet Explorer 5,0 or above; Windows Media Player 9.0 or above.
